Monday, we will be filming your in your circuits and then on Tuesday, you will be assessing yourself and peers in the class as you watch yourself and classmates throw and catch. Next week, we will start the next rotation of Manipulative Skills, more than likely, hand and foot dribbling. How many times, approximately, does the human heart beat in 1 day?
WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
Not sure what we are doing this week. Because there is no school on Wednesday due to Memorial Day, we many have a run or fitness day on Friday. You will know by Thursday.
WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
Same as above, not sure yet. To be determined......
DID YOU FILL OUT YOUR E-LOGS?
e-Run Log: No, you do not need to fill one out this week.
e-Fitness Log: Yes, you need to fill it out for the Friday, 11/6, ABC Workout.
PE 101- Important Please Read
On Friday, 11/20/09, you will be turning in your PE 101 packet. Also, you will be having a big test on this Friday. There will be no Fitness Day that week. On Thursday of this week, 11/12, I will be going over the entire Packet and hand out the Study Guide. Approximately, how many gallons of blood does the human heart pump per day? This PE 101 packet and test will account for AT LEAST 15% of your overall 2Q grade. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you go through your packet now and start to complete ALL of the worksheets even if we did not do it in class.
IS HOMEWORK ASSIGNED THIS WEEK?
No, I did not assign any homework this week. Your "Stretch Deck" is due on Friday, 11/13.
ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS DUE THIS WEEK?
1. Yes, your "Stretch Deck" is due this Friday, 11/13.
Check out my NEW Extra Credit page. It has some good assignments for you to do and some good options. I will continue to add to this page throughout the year.
