I will be posting my blog tonight or tomorrow morning. A couple of quick remixers-
1. It is going to be another cold week so please make sure you have sweats, jacket/sweatshirt, Beenie and gloves. It is better to over dress than be freezing cold.
2. We will have a fitness circuit tomorrow on the blacktop.
3. Our run this week is going to be the 2 mile run on the block period.

Oh yeah, don't forget about your push ups.
