BLOG FORM
I embedded new form at the very end of this blog.  Please fill it out and submit to let me know that you read the blog.  These will eventually lead to some extra credit.
WEEKLY RECAP & WEEK AT A GLANCE
What are you doing this week, click this  CALENDAR to find out.  It is your responsibility to be prepared.

WEATHER
Looks like a pretty mild week of weather.  Please check weekly weather HERE

WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
You will finish your Tumbling Testing on Monday and then we will start the Juggling Unit on Tuesday.  Juggling is a very cool unit and a fun way to finish the school year.  Click HERE to check some instructional videos and other helpful resources related to the Juggling Unit.  I HIGHLY recommend that you watch the videos and try to follow along.  Use lemons, tennis balls, sock balls, etc. as your juggling balls.  The best thing to do is to get the feel of what it is like to do the Juggling pattern.

WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
I am not sure what run you will have this week.

WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
There will not be a fitness activity this week.

EYO PROJECT TEST
On the Block Period you will be taking the EYO Final Assessment.  I will make sure that I hand back all of your EYO Booklets on Monday so that you can study.  I may or may not post a study guide on the EYO page.  Go page by page in the booklet and predict which information you think will show up on a test.

IS HOMEWORK ASSIGNED THIS WEEK?
No, but, I want to encourage you to watch the Juggling Instructional Videos and practice.

ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS DUE THIS WEEK
No, but, you will have an EYO Exam on the Block Period so please make sure that you study.

EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENTS
For any extra credit assignments that you would like to do, please go to the extra credit page.  There are little, medium and large assignments that you can choose from.

FIT IN 15 HOME WORKOUT VIDEO SERIES
I am putting a lot of effort into making a new series of 15 minute Home Workout Videos called "Fit In 15."  They are perfect to use when you have a busy schedule and/or want to cross train for another sport.   Please subscribe to my YouTube channel and look for the newest Fit In 15 videos to be posted.  To see the latest Fit In 15, watch the video below.

Go to this link to find the latest Fit In 15 Workouts.

This week's featured Fit In 15 Workouts:
Fit In 15 Pure Strength #7

Extra Credit:  Do one of these Fit in 15 workouts.  While you are working out, keep track of the # of reps you do for each of the exercises.  Afterwards, do a one page write up explaining the following:
What were the names of the exercises?
How many reps did you do each round for the exercises?
What Level did you choose (1, 2 or 3)?
Where did you do the workout?  Living room, bedroom, garage, park, etc.?
Short paragraph explaining how the workout was for you?  difficulty, hardest exercise, easiest exercise, if you modified and why, etc.?

Note:  If you have a Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and/or Instagram account, please forward these links to friends and family.  I want to get these videos out there.
