WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
This week will be a 1 week Pedometer Based mini-unit.  I have a few Pedometer activities planned.  The pedometer is a powerful fitness device.  Every year I seem to get the question, "How does a Pedometer Work?".  Here is a good article that explains it.  Check it out.

WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
On the block period, we will do the Pedometer Run using our Pedometers.  I will have a scoresheet for you to record your team's total # of steps.  Your grade will be based on time and step output.
