There are some pretty amazing skill, check them out and see if you are coordinated and determined enough to figure them out.

ARTICLE OF THE WEEK (AOW)
As you get busier in your lives, it is more and more difficult to find time to get adequate amount of sleep. Why is sleep so important? How many hours of sleep should I get in a night? Is my sleep pattern different than that of an adult? All of these questions and more can be answered in this week's AOW- "How Much Sleep Do I Need?". Check it out and see what you think.

DID YOU KNOW (DYK)
DYK that the length of your wrist to your elbow is the same as the length of your foot. Measure it and see if this fact is right or not.
