6th Graders,
WEEK RECAP.....
The week started off with the 800 Meter race on Monday. Tuesday was a short period due to the district writing test, therefore, I handed back papers and talked about the PE 101 test. On Wednesday, another rainout, all 6th graders went into the rock wall and watched track and field instructional videos and discussed the T & F unit. On Thursday, instead of high jump, we did a fitness circuit in the multi use room. On Friday, we had day 1 of hurdles (we will finish up hurdles on Monday).

This article talks about the nutrients that are good for your heart as well as some that are pretty bad. Check it out and learn something. Complete the extra assignment and you will have the chance to explain. I have a good extra credit assignment related to your AOW, check it out HERE.
