This is our final week of the 2nd Quarter, can you believe how fast this year has gone. Hope that you had a nice weekend.

WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
You will begin your second week of Line Dance. This week, you will officially learn your testing Line Dances. I am going to post line dances on the Line Dance page this week for you to practice and review at home. There is more than likely going to be an extra credit assignment if you can teach a family member one of the line dances.
WHAT UNIT IS COMING UP NEXT?
Your are scheduled for the Fitness Testing and Manipulative Skills although this will probably change.
WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
More than likely, you will be doing Run 4 Your Life or Rob the Nest.
WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
You will be doing some type of activity in the gym. Most likely, Scooter Basketball.DID YOU FILL OUT YOUR E-RUN LOG?
For the remainder of the year, you will no longer be responsible for filling out online run logs EXCEPT for the Mile Run. I will remind you after all mile runs to fill out the log.DO NOT fill one out for the Partner Mile.
IS HOMEWORK ASSIGNED THIS WEEK?
Yes, you have the WOW Assignment due on Monday.
ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS DUE THIS WEEK?
Yes, the WOW Assignment is due on Monday, 1/10 at Roll Call. Be sure to use all of your WOW words in a well written paragraph demonstrating that you know the definitions. Staple the WOW template to the back of the paragraph. The assignment can be found on the WOW page.
I have an Extra Credit Page that always has different types of Extra Credit assignments you can choose from. I would love some Fitness Mixes. Make me some good CD's to use on your Run and Fitness Days. Read about the assignment guidelines on the extra credit page.

There is no AOW this week. They will start again next week, the first week of the new quarter.
