Can you believe how fast this school year is going. We are almost half way through 3Q. Seems like I just handed out report cards.
Anyway, this is the "Superbowl Edition" Blog. Read this blog carefully, there might be some trivia spread throughout. Any answers need to be sent to my email, sickler_judson@cusd.k8.org. Please put all answers in ONE email or you WILL NOT receive credit.

WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
We are in our second week of Pedometer Fitness. Each day you will have a different type of team and/or individual Pedometer challenge. Remember, if you provide your own Pedometer, you will receive extra credit (5 points). What year was the FIRST Superbowl played (1 pt.)? Where was it played (1 pt.)?
Here is the link to the Pedometer Fitness Page (which I still have not updated yet). Also, there is a great Pedometer Extra Credit Assignment available on the Extra Credit page that can earn you 20 points. Check it out. You need to own your own pedometer or borrow one from a friend to complete the assignment (you can come see me about renting one also).
WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
You are going to do some type of Pedometer Team Run. I will announce on Wednesday.
WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
Once again, to stick with the Pedometer theme, I will create another Fitness activity (more than likely outside) where you will use your Pedometers and record them on a sheet.
DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR SCORE SHEET FROM FRIDAY'S FITNESS ACTIVITY TO EARN YOUR CREDIT.

e-Fitness Log: You no longer have to fill it out. If you choose to, you will receive 2 extra credit points awarded towards your fitness grade.
IS HOMEWORK ASSIGNED THIS WEEK?
No, you do not have a homework assignment posted this week. Which team won Superbowl 20 (1 pt.)? Where was that Superbowl played (1pt.)?
ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS DUE THIS WEEK?
Yes, HW #2 is due on Monday (tomorrow), 2/8 at Roll Call.
